T3 Training & Performance Centre
At T3 Training & Performance Centre, we deliver fitness and exercise programmes for all ages and abilities. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced athlete, we provide tailored support to help you achieve your goals.
We offer:
- 1-to-1 personal training
- Small group sessions
Larger group classes
Our aim is to help you set clear targets, build a consistent exercise routine, and develop long-term healthy habits.
Our coaching team includes Dan Summerscales, Mark Walters, Mike Foulstone, and Danny Thomas, all fully qualified Personal Trainers with experience in hybrid training and running events. Mike and Mark also hold additional qualifications in mental health, allowing us to support both physical and mental wellbeing.
We are also developing future talent within our team, with Macey Thomas currently working towards her personal training qualifications.
Rugby League Coaching:
We specialise in rugby league–specific coaching, offering both 1-to-1 and small group sessions. Our programme is supported by top and current players, including:
- Marshall Land (Huddersfield Giants)
- Wes Brunies (Batley Bulldogs)
- George Brown (Leeds Rhinos)
In addition, we work with promising local players Harry Thompson and Harvey Thompson, who are also progressing towards their personal training qualifications.
